Professional FET College (centre number is 799995736) was established in 1997 as a branch of Soshanguve College. The college exists with a purpose to be the leading higher education institution with contribution to the provisioning of quality education, training and assessment services which is relevant to the needs and aspirations of Southern Africa’s People.

The college programmes are structured to make them relevant to the needs of the people and to take advantage of new opportunities which accompany the political, social and economic transformation taking place in the country.

Professional FET College is a trading name of new independent institution incorporated with a name “SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PIONEERS cc. it is an organisation with a proud service delivery track record and enjoys extensive local and national recognition for its achievement during past years.

The college also provides a variety of other programmes as another  act in the ongoing challenge to both provide the much needed service, while remaining sustainable and relevant as an organization.

The college understands that the strength of our country’s economy depends on a well trained workforce with basic skills who can think critically and find creative approaches to solving problems. Those skills are important to support rising productivity and competitiveness within enterprises. The need to train and prepare the people of today for the evolving global economy is therefore an important challenge facing our society. Hence the college is committed to provide and promote quality and market orientated education and training for all the people, students, workers and unemployed people in Southern Africa.
